Trent DeArment is the President and Founder of Home Grown Outdoor Finishes, Inc. A lifelong resident of Elizabethtown, Trent is deeply rooted in the community he serves. He is a proud graduate of Elizabethtown College and holds an MBA from Lebanon Valley College.
With a lifelong passion for construction, landscape, and home improvement, Trent takes pride in helping property homeowners transform their outdoor spaces into functional and beautiful extensions of their homes. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship have been the foundation of the company’s success.
Trent lives in Elizabethtown with his wife and their two children, where he continues to enjoy working on home projects and spending time outdoors.
Evan
Operations Manager
Evan Sucharski is our Operations Manager and has been a dedicated member of the Home Grown team since 2009. With a degree in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University (Class of 2001), Evan brings both creativity and technical expertise to every project.
He oversees our hardscaping crews and also serves as our lead landscape designer, ensuring that every design is as functional as it is beautiful. Known for his exceptional attention to detail, Evan takes pride in making sure every project meets the highest standards of quality.

Store Manager
Rick Titus AKA “Ricky Bobby,” is our Yard Sales Manager and has been an essential part of the team since 2015. He works closely with contractors; homeowners; and DIY builders — helping guide outdoor projects from vision to completion. Day-to-day, he oversees contractor and retail orders; coordinates permitting; manages material logistics; and ensures timely deliveries of everything from mulch and river rock to stone and specialty products. His attention to detail and customer-first approach keeps projects moving smoothly and efficiently.
Joe
Project Estimator
Joe lives in Lititz, Pennsylvania, and brings a friendly, down-to-earth approach to his work. When he’s not helping customers transform their outdoor spaces, you’ll find him spending time with his family, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams, or enjoying a good concert. Joe also loves grilling, traveling, and spending time outdoors, whether it’s relaxing in nature or coming up with new ideas for beautiful outdoor living spaces.
William
Project Estimator
William Pfundheller is a Lancaster County native and proud Penn State graduate with a lifelong passion for the outdoors. He has worked in the green industry since 2008, building extensive experience in lawn care, tree and shrub health, and insect and disease management. His past work with the Lancaster Conservancy and Chesapeake Bay Foundation reflects his commitment to biodiversity and sustainable landscape practices. Being outside is Will’s happy place, and he takes pride in helping others create outdoor spaces they love to enjoy.
