Job Description
Award-winning Landscape Company seeking an experienced Landscape and Mowing Manager/Leader
We are a Lawn/Landscape/Hardscape Design Build company that creates beautiful outdoor living environments. We have been in business since 2008, and have had continual steady growth year after year.
As a Mowing manager you would lead a crew of 1-2 other crew members accomplishing a weekly mowing list broken out by day tasks. You would be in charge of maintaining a professional look of the lawn by push mowing, line trimming edges and using a Zero Turn lawn mower. We mow both residential and commercial properties. Attention to detail, attention to customer requests, and hitting timelines are all important to this position.
In the fall you would perform leaf removal and perennial cut-backs and in the winter you would perform general maintenance on machines and facilities.
WE DO NOT LAY OFF ANY EMPLOYEES. This is a year-round, full time position. In the winter we also perform snow plowing and snow removal services as well which may require mandatory overtime.
If mowing is not being done due to extreme dryness you may also perform other tasks including but not limited to mulching, pruning, edging, plant installation, general property clean-up, installation of decorative dry stack retaining walls, etc.
Abilities desired include excellent communication skills, time management, and ability to work on task and break up larger jobs into manageable tasks. Landscape Experience is a must for this position but we do have other positions available if you would like to learn the trade.
